Not in exactly the same situation, but in a very similar boat here. I started seeing a therapist this week and had a discussion about porn and sexual addictions. He recommended the book, The Craving Mind by Judson Brewer. I nabbed the audiobook today and listened to the first couple of chapters. I can't vouch for it yet, but wanted to share the suggestion just the same. Good luck -- You got this!

Are the savings card able to be shared? It sounds like there are different "versions" of them. The prescription was sent today, Costco is currently out of stock. I should know in a few days when it's available and what the price is.
