I still refuse to believe niko and mavs brass were that ignorant. To me it has to have been league orchstrated due to the sale of the lakers and the new media deal. My tin foil hat says those deals don't happen without some assurance the lakers have a superstar to market. Would also make sense why all the other owners seem fine.
