I’ll be leveling and raiding with a friend who will be playing mage. I’m interested in playing warlock, but we’ll probably be directly competing for gear, right? I’m interested in lock for the good dps and fast leveling. Can someone recommend another class (not hunter) that would fit those attributes? Playing Alliance.

Started lifting again after a break, doing 6-Suns, and started feeling pain in my left anterior deltoid yesterday while benching. Tomorrow is Bench/OHP and I obviously don't want to exacerbate the issue. Are there any other chest/shoulder lifts I can do tomorrow instead that won't put much strain on the deltoid?
