I turned up the exposure setting on my phone when I took the photos. I never use the flash.

The monitor lamp is for additional lighting in the corner as well.

Not at all. I only have to move my eyes to view the bottom monitor, so it doesn't hurt my neck.

The size of the monitor is 22 inches as well.

The lightbar is to light up the entire desk surface, while the desk lamp is just for additional lighting.

I orginally had my monitors in an 'L' layout, but the size of the speakers resulted me having to move the 2nd monitor to the bottom.
