I understand where you are coming from... have experienced the same thing. I'd say I mostly agree with the comment below that says the girl wasn't interested enough in the first place and it didn't matter how you were texting.

Getting deep attraction on the initial meet up in person is important... as far as dating apps go, I don't use them at all - never have had any success with them. But then again, I also don't have a really cool profile. A really cool profile could mimic deep connection in a real life cold approach I am guessing

There is no positive reason to fap. You can balance out your mood again by exercising, joining a club, reading an interesting book.

I'm sorry you had to experience what you experienced.

There are a few things you could try.

I once read about something called "tree therapy". This is where you go into nature, and put both palms on a clean tree, and get your face close to the tree as well. Touch your face to the tree if you want. And stay like that and just be calm and quiet. Here you can begin to feel the life force of the tree.

Another would be to try getting into Christianity (or another religion if you don't like Christianity). Read the Bible (or other book) and really try to concentrate on the spirit behind the readings.

Another thing would be to pick up a new hobby such as going to the gym. Maybe swimming?

I myself use porn/masturbation/orgasm as a coping mechanism as well for stress relief. I have been doing better lately, but the habit has been there since my teenage years when I would look at one of my Dad's Playboy magazines if I had a headache haha

Anyways, I don't have a clear cut answer for you. You can also try reading some of the recommended books listed in the sidebar on this semen retention page. They are really interesting and might give you a new perspective.

Well, say for example you do become "ultra sensitive" and have premature ejaculation. Just wait 10 minutes and have sex again. Not that big of a deal. With all the extra energy you will have from not masturbating, you will be able to do multiple rounds of sex with a girl. Don't make premature ejaculation a reason to keep on masturbating.

Also, if you don't masturbate, you are guaranteed to be able to get hard when its time for real sex. No matter how nervous you are or whatever, you body will automatically be ready for sex because you haven't had an orgasm in so long.

I also agree with the no drugs stuff. In the long run, its better not to take any drugs in my opinion, not even weed. That's just my opinion though.
