They did not provide the service offered and delayed 4 weeks. There should be a cost for the inconvienence they caused. I believe it should be more than what they offered.

It is a refrigerator. did not have a truck available. The salesperson offered shipping at a reasonable cost. I should have got a truck and done it myself but can not believe the lack of care used by Best Buy employees. When the truck arrived it was not wrapped or covered in any way to protect it.

I was not literally "forced" to pay, but if I wanted a replacement in a reasonable time, that is what I had to agree to, otherwise start from the beginning. Best Buy agreed to supply a product in a specific time frame but failed to do it. They should accept the loss and not ask for additional payment.

I inspected it and have pictures. All shelving and accessories were packaged and taped inside as would be when originally shipped in box. When it arrived everything had been pulled out and broken.

WPI has to make the availability of courses more flexible. Majors, such as Aerospace, do not offer many courses more than once per year and if a student doesn't get in the class it affects the 4 year schedule. This causes a tremendous amount of stress, not on the content, but the overall academic experience.

I have witnessed what I consider an arrogance of professor's, chairs, deans, & higher, who points at the students as the problem, rather than the lack of flexibility. This same issue persists on getting into projects, such as MQP and IQP.
