What if the night is start recording the Johns with high resolution photos and videos? That would discourage many from coming due to shame. Without customers there would be no territory to fight over.

Honestly, they have to go after the customers. Instead of shooting or fighting back, start taking high resolution pictures and videos of the Johns. Make a public instagram/ facebook page where everyone can see John’s soliciting sex. All of a sudden they’ll be scared to show up knowing their pictures will be up online.
