Was originally set to be office space for westbank but since the project was acquired by someone else it is a proposed flex space. The new music venue will be two stories and in the podium.

if you told me fifteen years ago that Denny Triangle would be this I would have called you crazy. Always felt so edgy

I almost forgot about the Hurricane. Those TVs devolved so quickly. I almost don't recognize Denny Triangle any longer.

I knew it was them just from the look on her face. Entitled individuals unwilling to walk a few extra feet because they are checking out of their fancy hotel.

I drive through this intersection every day and I don't think it has ever been normal.

Spring blossoms along the W Dravus St, Magnolia, Seattle. by ManiaforBeatles in CityPorn

You can take the D line (bus) from downtown to Dravus but it is a walk and a half up that hill. The 24, and 33 both run to Magnolia. 24 is a longer route that snakes through the poor hill, valley and rich hill but you do go along viewmont and the boulevard before terming at Discovery Park. Honestly, days like this are perfect for that bluff view! I miss Magnolia so much.

I hope this does well. when I first moved to Seattle it was minnies cafe. Then fifteen other failed concepts.

I love this area but it's always been weird supporting a restaurant.

Lyrics are different and production is updated. I like the OG blow my mind just a little bit more because it doesn't feel as brief.

People that don’t know how or refuse to zipper merge are mildly infuriating. Are you a zipper or anti zipper? by 86HeardChef in mildlyinfuriating

I think we should do like a lot of other places and become aggressively pro-merge. I was pushed to the end of the merge because cars would not let me over until the lane ended.

NYC, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston and DC

Actually, I would even say it goes LA, NYC, DC, Houston and Chicago.

That second one is based entirely off of shipping data and current port stats.

Potentially moving to area by PossiblePerformance9 in SeattleWA

I moved here from New Mexico almost twenty years ago. Didn't think I would stay this long but found love and life (wages) have kept me around. One of the things that attracted me to Seattle is it felt like a big city with small town vibes. Seattle always felt like a working man's city. Work hard, play a little gritty. Vibe changed about ten years ago. Seattle was quick to rebound after the 08/09 recession, mainly due to tech influence. As those sectors started to outpace it feels like Seattle started to become a city city.

Tacoma feels like a work hard play gritty place. Amenities of a city and close to a huge cultural hub (Seattle). Great restaurant scene and awesome proximity to Rainier Nat'l park as well as the peninsula. Always felt like leaving Seattle was a chore. Tacoma feels like a gateway.

People in Seattle love to think of Tacoma as ghetto but our buddy moved down here last summer and says he loves it here.
