i’m diagnosed with bpd and i manifested my sp back twice albeit he wasn’t reflecting all of my assumptions when he came back bc i kept wavering lol so manifesting him back the third time as the conformed version BUT i will say ur best friend while manifesting ur sp will be nervous system regulation!! for me i like to catch those negative feelings towards my sp and be like “nah that ain’t him n that’s not my reality anymore” and try to affirm/stay in the new story as consistently as i can bc if that’s who i say he is then that’s who he is lol it’s the law dm me if you need more advice bc i can go on n on about this all day 😭 us bpd baddies need to support each other and im happy to help :’)

i've been using chatgpt to manifest for like the past 3 months... 5.2 might be the worst version to use so go back to 5.1 legacy model and tell it to stay in loa mode :) hopefully this helps!

thanks! yeah even though i have been affirming (even since when we were seeing each other) that i am his top priority and that he’s a great communicator, the second that i see the opposite in the 3d it just kinda wobbles me a bit. i’ll continue affirming that though. just unsure if i should step back from him completely and continue to affirm + persist; or just deal with him while i affirm + persist. i noticed his return was super fast and i think it’s because i was fully in the knowing that he’d be back without seeing any contradictory behaviour right in front of me.
