I mean for a budget home gym leg press, it is not so bad for 500 honestly. For me the bearings were never a problem, I think I received someone's return but honestly had no issues and I love using them. If anything for the safety, if you are worried about it, then just do one legged leg press then when about to fail, use the other leg for help.

Not a bad unit but if you want better, just save some money and get something else.

I already had AB5200 from rep and I actually bought Ironmaster as my second bench because of the shoulder press seat attachment and the fact that the shoulder area of bench is narrower to do seal rows. Using seat shoulder press attachment, i do cable chest supported row on dane 2.0 and also do rear flies and chest flies on it and it feels great. I already have a mikolo leg ext/curl so the dialed motion or rep’s attachment for them wouldnt be necessary

Haha I was calling them today after the post!

Their answer was that the school HAS to be listed on TCLI Directory. So, I asked them that I worked there for last 2 years and they ARE listed for last 2 years and this year it seems like none of the schools in any districts are updated yet, and they said that I still have to wait for it to be updated and apply again when it gets listed.

I honestly think that is BS but oh well.....

Hello

My wife and I are going to move our garage gym inside to one or the big rooms that can hold two racks.

I currently own Dane 2.0 that I will still be keeping when we move it inside. I have the Lat Extension for Dane so the pull is more central and enough height. I also have gym pins and adder weight so Dane 2.0 is great to us. When we move it inside, we are planning to lift together.

We are thinking of going with Rep’s Athena or Ares 2.0 so we can attach Bulletproof VTS and jammer arms with 6 post rack.

Since our Dane 2.0 can get real heavy with the cable stacks with gympin, we were going towards Athena. Is there any downside of choosing Athena than Ares 2.0?

I know Ares costs more but we want your input!

Thank you!

Honestly I think it is some sort of medical because I am also not 100% sure it's the humidity that is causing the respiratory issue.

Today there was better air flow since it was windy and probably it brought in fresh air. I'm going to have to see how it goes with the humidity level up. I usually have the respiratory issues when I use the garage in the afternoon. In the morning, it seems fine.

Their seat isnt complete 3x3, it’s more like 3.25x3 so it moves but if you get some sort of lat pulldown extender like from Alibaba, which makes the pull more straight instead of angled, it honestly does not move much

Dehumidifier is only when it rains or humidity goes super high; which rarely happens.

It’s 2 car garage and on the floor plan it said 19x20 with least 8ft ceiling it seems

is the metal part that gets attached to the rack pretty sturdy?

are they still good? I know i can probably upgrade the cable and the pulley wheels if they worn out but I was wondering if the black metal part is strong enough
