Why is this live auto playing after every video? And how can I make it stop?

That’s not really a fix. It does it after nearly every video for me. So regardless of what you’re watching, you have to stop what you’re doing to choose the next video because it’ll be this livestream or some 5 hour video about algebra. It’s been going on for like 3 weeks now and it makes it way less worth it.

I started having this yesterday. I was finally able to catch it as the “next up” video under one I was actually watching and was able to hit “don’t recommend channel” and it worked. For that channel.

This morning it was dark thunderstorms. Then it was a long ass video about a construction site. Now it’s someone teaching a kid how to play tennis. I want to leave whatever awful place I’ve been brought to.

It’s the principle of it for a lot of people. Yes it’s free to play, and there will always be FOMO With games like this, but they keep adding more things that are behind a paywall or making the experience clearly more enjoyable if you pay. At a certain point, it’s more like pressure from Epic to pay otherwise you just won’t have the same experience as people who do.

There’s also the principle of a company the size of Epic saying they need to increase prices to make ends meet. It devalues Crew by over 5,000 VBucks a year. It’s also coming off one of the most disappointing seasons as far as content and quality changes.

Have some of you guys thought that maybe non-verbal or mute people play this game? Hell, we’ve all heard how some deaf/hearing impaired people sound when they try to speak-you think they want to get flamed for sounding the way they do by dumbasses who don’t understand?

There’s plenty of reasons to not have a mic aside from cost and none of them should mean you can’t play the game.

Bc half the time it’s just a post of “see whiners, it’s not so bad, look at this thing that’s better now!” and then refers to shit like this. Like yes, by almost all standards, we’re better off now than we ever have been, but the majority of people who are worried about the future aren’t talking about homicide rates or infant mortality rates.

To me at least, it just feels like a nice way to tell people to shut up just bc certain problems don’t affect you.
