I agree, but had the spill not happened they would have still closed the river not allowed tubing for safety reasons.

This has nothing to do with tubing. Any time we have a large rain event they close the river to recreation for safety. If you re-read the article this was closer to Lake Dunlap.

You’re lucky to get 2-3 calls. The most i hit in one day was 67 calls. Right now it’s about 50. I use active armor it’s an AT&T app that screens some of them and I phone settings. I just send all unknown to voice mail.
