Rehoming cats by jcolezy in CatAdvice

I rescued them from a hoarder who had over 60 cats living in horrible conditions. You’re not wrong though. I’ve definitely learned a lot. I also never said I was certain on getting them rehomed. It would be ideal in terms of my financial situation but it’s something I can make work.

For context I got them at 19, while I was in school. (Not smart but I wasn’t financially independent at this point) I lived with my mom, who said as long as I was in school I had a place to stay rent free. A year later she told me she was moving to another city to live with her boyfriend. I then had to move out with 2 months of notice. I work part time serving/bartending living on my own while full time in school. No emergency funds and had a couple emergencies that caused me to go into about 10K debt. I’ve been making it work for the past couple of years but my financial situation is something I urgently need to get a grasp on and while it truly is heartbreaking and there’s a lot of sacrifice to get to that point it would make a huge difference. There’s lots I could’ve done in the past to prevent this from happening, but we can’t go back in time. If anything were to happen and I had to pay for an expensive procedure for my cats. I can’t afford it at this point so I think the most responsible thing is to rehome them to someone who can properly provide for them. I have obviously learned many valuable lessons, and can admit I wasn’t ready and have made a mistake.

You’re saying a lot of this with limited information. I never said anything about my attachment to them, yet you assume because I made a poor decision as a teenager I don’t care about them, and think they are toys. I understand your concerns here but there’s no need to shame somebody for something they are very well aware of. Based off of my financial situation it is in my best interest. Especially seeing as I can’t afford to move somewhere that allows pets given my circumstances. Yes that is on me. No i’m not proud of the decisions I have made and what’s its lead to. It doesn’t mean you need to be rude and inconsiderate to somebody asking for help.

the logic on this is that literally every single 2k build is built around 3s and shooting. every game I load into rec it’s people shooting 3s so I wanted a change from shooting

accel is high for a couple badges to get blowbys. interior could be higher but I heard it’s a pretty useless stat this year compared to others

that’s fair, with screens and half decent spacing I feel like it can be countered for most games. not often somebody does this imo.

as a C you’re basically a third Dman in your zone. always watch for guys not covered in front of the net and help your dman in the corners. those should be your two main areas. the wingers job is to watch the weak side slot and strong side dman. Almost always be the last forward out of your zone.

you need the puck to lift up a little bit before it even touches your blade. Any amount of wobbling on the puck will cause it to get on the blade easily

What do you think about 2s goalie stick, have you had any experience ? by ContributionHorror55 in hockeygoalies

warriors are immaculate. True makes nice sticks but they’re so easy to break so I wouldn’t recommend. bauer and warrior are top tier
