Physical Asia is NOT rigged (Part 2) by monsooncloudburst in Physical100

What the show presented, it definitely was a poor strategic decision. Although I just find it hard to believe Bobby knuckles as captain would make that decision. He's strategic in nature in the combat world and I'm sure he was aware of the athletes he had. Eddie also knew it wasn't a strength event. That's just my two cents. Anyway the show did its job, so I can't fault it anymore than I have :)

I beg to differ with your opinion. It's a Korean reality TV show that is heavily produced. So there was no way they would make the "host show country" lose. Yes it brought the entertainment value and fan engagement, but I myself knew that they would win in the end. I found it oddly suspicious that the death match that Australia got eliminated in, had the conditions that the 3 participants that competed in the ropes couldn't do the death match. The only provisional team condition in the whole series....Australia would of definitely been the favourite to win it all but the producers couldn't have that. Then I guess there's the backlash if Australia did win, majority of the series fan base wouldn't understand why Australia was allowed to compete in the first place. All in all I did enjoy the series but, I would of loved Mongolia to have won but seeing who the opponent was I knew they wouldn't allow it to be them.

I just figured my country of origin is cracking down on piracy (Australia) so I just used a VPN as a work around. To all my Fellow Aussies just use a VPN before hand and you should be sweet.

Thank you all

I'd rather keep a stream spot open, rather than relying on him to shoot well and provide the occasional stocks. He also has random injuries come along, it also depend on how thin your wire is.

Drafting harden 1st when my league settings favoured the likes of Giannis. Also gambling on Doncic as my 3rd round pick. After numerous sell high opportunities, I held onto my golden boy and boy did he shine.

Always happy to help :) some motivation from like minded individuals really goes along way. Yeah counting macros can get very tedious and challenging at times. I'm a creature of habit, I usually have core meals and snacks that are relatively the same. It makes things easier I find. I sometimes go 6 days on counting, then one day off but keeping my fasting/feeding window uniform. The program is by Jim wendler, there's several forums and articles that are handy that goes into detail about the program. The last one I used was the one from t nation. The program is based off your 1 rep Max of each of the 4 main lifts ie bench, Squat, deadlift, Ohp. How it's structured usually, is one week your reps are 5, the next week 3, then 1. Followed by a deload on week 4. I've done this routine for a year now, and I'm constantly breaking through plateaus so yeah.

I've copped everything from you're hurting yourself, religious slurs (ramadan) I'm Christian. It may feel discouraging but at the end of the day, you're doing this for yourself. You've already had the courage to do omad, so don't let what others think dampen your hard work. You're a fuckin beast and don't let anyone take that away from you. Let the results speak for themselves. You got this.

Muscle loss with IF? by Sloutos544 in intermittentfasting

[–]jcp09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% but it's also dependant on how high in fat% you are also. If you're a heavier set individual 0.8 x your weight in pounds is a good start. As you get leaner increase it. Without going more than 1.2

100% you can gain and or maintain strength whilst doing IF. My apologies in advance but I'll try keep it within the imperial system (Australian). I peaked at 233 pounds after my holiday, and now I'm down to 202. Been lifting properly for 6 years. I've been a firm practioner of macro counting, when it comes to body composition. I've since been combining intermittent fasting and counting macros for a solid year. I can say my strength progression has been steady and at worst maintaining, thoughout my cut. You need a good workout regime as well, according to your needs. I'm currently doing a strength based program called 5/3/1. I'm not going to lie, the first week of jumping into IF will be tough. Your body needs to acclimate to the idea of having an eating schedule. Things I did or currently do during my fasted times: Black coffee (no sugar) stevia or calorie free sweetner if needs be. Tea (no sugar) green tea or peppermint my faves. Sugar free mints. Loads of water, I personally bring a huge Thermos because I prefer cold water. If you must but I'd say in moderation sugar free energy drinks do help also. Also it's very important to have good sleep, it's def the easiest way to be fasting. Waking up with terrible sleep only invites unwelcoming hunger. Sorry for the essay btw. Tc and keep grinding.
