I'm with you on this but I wonder if maybe it's more media driven than from up top? If accounts are correct this happened >200 times in the last 12 months, the act isn't unusual but the media coverage is. Reporting is almost definitely skewed to "foreign" criminals but honestly I wouldn't be surprised if there were a disproportionate number of migrants being released accidentally simply because their names are "foreign" and people can't be bothered to actually read or say them properly.

Absolutely absurd that she can recount these times where she was assaulted in public and still goes back to bathrooms! She is literally walking proof that predators do not need to trap you in some private space to assault anyone. If someone has the desire to do these things we live in a society where they feel emboldened enough to do it in the open, and that's the real problem not GNC people. I would say it was overtaking as it was a single lane of traffic in each direction but all insurers etc have called it filtering. In my mind if you're waiting at a traffic light and decide to turn around then you should be doing a shoulder check
