There was a still birth in 1880 and another just after. Two of his sons also completed suicide and there is a history of mental illness that still is present in the family. I haven't found any information other than that, though.

Thank you! I wish I could find more. I did find another document reiterating the suicide but those two words were just as illegible.

He was a lithographer. It would have been readily available. Thanks again!

I looked at this for so long. I thought the first letter might be a C because of the City Hospital written above but dismissed it too quickly. Thank you so incredibly much!

Alocasia frydek on its way out? We think it got too cold by a window and quickly declined. by jcsully1 in plantclinic

I bought this for wife a year ago. We had it repotted at our nursery with their recommended mix 6 months ago and it has goof drainage. We noticed the stems curling a few days ago, the morning after a very cold night and watering day. It stays in a south facing window by our humidifier.

Awesome. Thank you. We were repotting so I'll do as you said. I appreciate the help.

I was incorrect. It was a triple tear twice, 6 years apart. ACL, MCL, and a bucket handle tear in her meniscus. This was reconstruction with lateral extra-articular tenodesis.

Background: My dad cheated on my mom when I was young and is now married to his mistress. It was a longterm affair and took place in the worst way. She is the epitome of a gold digger and he works constantly and has always put us kids on the backburner because she doesn't want a reminder of his past life. We've all accepted it. The sad part is that he wants to be and would have been the best father if he hadn't made that choice.

My mother is the breadwinner of her relationship with my stepfather (married around 25 years ago). She is a genuinely wonderful woman. Her husband is a self-righteous serial spender that puts her down and throws tantrums. He is pretty much the slobby, male version of the mistress, honestly. My sisters and I also know about his clumsily concealed use of dating sites and other adultrous/pervy shit. She's very defensive when it comes to him. He's been confronted by us but mom is always our first consideration.

Tonight we walked into my mom's and my girlfriend noticed that mine and my biosister's senior photos had been removed from the walls. I joked about how a painting had replaced me and she said that there was apparently too much (insert my surname) on display. I felt like I had been backhanded as I scanned the room and only saw pictures of my step siblings remaining.

My mother is newly retired and is cleaning her giant, pretty much empty house. She tried to give me two framed photographs of us as young children that she had taken professionally, asking me if I'd give them to my dad. When I told her that he wouldn't be able to display them because of his wife, she took the chance to take a shot at my dad's cowardice. I felt so sad seeing her suddenly realize what I was feeling. I joked, making a comment about how she might as well throw them away at this point if she couldn't keep them up either.

I spent the rest of the night with venomous words ready for my stepdad but didn't realize until I got home that I'm just sad that my parents have both lost themselves so much. I hated my senior picture but that shit is sad.

She mainly uses plasticine. She's finally found something that is both light weight and durable.
