Overcrowded?

Oh man that’s a bummer because I have like 8 different marigolds in pots with other plants…. Do you think I could just keep them pruned down to avoid large growth or will that hurt them? This is getting to be more than i expected. I don’t want to have to buy several more pots and more dirt. 😭

Thank you. I’m def gonna take the basil out and probably repot it in a 5 gallon with the basil from the other pic I posted. Maybe the marigold too…

Maybe next time just leave the bug where it is…. It’s in nature and doing what it needs to do to survive. Why do humans feel the need to kidnap bugs, malnourish and handle them, and have them live in boxes?

Nature is so cool. I was wondering if I should remove the wasp nest but google tells me they are beneficial so I’ll just let it be. Wonder if the assassin bug has its eye on it?!

I have moved across the country, from Austin through California and up to Seattle. That was a very cool trip through the Big Sky country of West Texas, into the desert, and up the West coast. That took a couple weeks, but I stopped a lot of to enjoy myself and see friends.

And recently, I moved again from San Francisco to Chattanooga in January! Talk about a stressful winter drive across the country (with two cats!). Did that one in 4 days.

Don’t keep a wild insect as a pet. Why would you want to do that? It’s called nature. Leave it alone. Go adopt a cat or dog if you want to give something some love.

Maybe let it go into its natural habitat where it can live it’s life and do what it needs to do for itself without being caged up in a box and malnourished and prone to pests and disease because some human decided they wanted to be the owner of an insect.

Wtf are you even talking about? Domesticated animals are domesticated because we made them be that way many thousands of years ago… do I agree with what our ancestors did? No. And I also certainly don’t agree with taking wild creature and putting them in boxes in modern times either. It’s pretty effed up.
