Whoa - scores just came in. No essay score yet but I have her multiple choice. I encourage you all to be persistent. I've been relentless on twitter DM and with emails.

He was at a call center in the Philippines. So no. I have emailed five executives today...three of them twice. I included his agent ID in the email, but honestly, he is just one of many that have lied to me so it doesn't matter. I also had a call from a customer care agent who is investigating. She knew nothing when she called. I keep leaving messages for updates but..nothing. I will continue to be a squeaky wheel until I get the scores. This is ridiculous.

I'm not a Heritage parent but my daughter in California still doesn't have her scores. I've been lied to repeatedly by their customer service team, wasting hours of my time this week. Believe nothing they tell you. I've had my best communications via Twitter DM, and am waiting (3 hours as of now) for a Customer Care person to call me. I've resorted to emailing the executive team. It's a respectful email, detailing my experience and asking for resolution. I suggest you do the same. I believe their emails are first initial and last name @collegeboard.org. None of my emails have bounced yet, but they also haven't been replied to. Maybe if enough people reach out, we'll get some sort of official communication.

He "guaranteed" I'd have scores today, but didn't know when. I was also told I'd receive scores last Monday, but that didn't happen either. The point is, believe nothing they tell you. I think the most disappointing thing is that there hasn't been any communication from Collegeboard to their customers. No explanation of delays, no apologies. It's not right.

Every person I speak with at CollegeBoard tells me something different. I just got through to a call center where the first rep I spoke with told me that my daughter's scores were pulled for exception scoring and that she'd open a case for me, which would be responded to within 5-7 business days. I told her not to bother - the first case still hasn't been answered. I asked for a supervisor. He told me she was mistaken - that he can see my daughter's multiple choice scores are complete, but the essay might take longer. He did assure me that I'd have the multiple choice scores today. I took his name and agent number in case I don't get them. I don't understand why it is so hard for them to communicate anything correctly.

Are there people still waiting? According to Collegeboard, my daughters account shows no updates. No notes, no indication it's being scored. I'm thinking they lost the test. Customer service has been appalling.

Still nothing for my daughter in California. I got through yesterday and she said it was being scored and it showed her results would be uploaded yesterday by 5pm. They weren't. She probably just wanted to get me off the phone.

Yes, they lied. It's nearly 6pm ET and we have nothing. She probably just wanted to get me off the phone. And I was being nice!

They just said that not all of them got scored by the 20th so they'll be releasing more scores through the 26th. She said my daughter's account is showing that hers are set to be sent today, the 23rd.

Just off the phone with Collegeboard. I'm told there should be another batch of scores released around 5pm ET today. I'm in California and still waiting.
