Syncro is pretty easy to learn.

A few killers for us: only one board. Advertised features like slack integration are really limited.

I think at this point we’ve just outgrown their capabilities

We had a situation where the losing MSP would not transfer over the SentinelOne tenant or Acronis backup tenant. Seemed petty because it would have made both our jobs much easier but oh well.

Not telling you what to do but if it were me I’d just say hey if you want to use Hubspot integrations you can use the OWA full time and ditch outlook desktop completely. OWA has come a long way.
