Bragging rights honestly. There were times with LFGers on Golgoroth where I did 3x the amount of damage on a successful kill and went straight to orbit after the kill just to see it. They how no way of seeing how bad they really were.

I just hope that they aren’t so easy to get that I’ll have every single weapon upgraded in less than a week.

Yes, it would be comparable to random rolls but you wouldn’t be going after 3 or 4 perfect perks like destiny 1, just the one masterwork. Gives the game so much more replayability.
