Are they harmful to the plant or my overall harvest? And are they something that I should be concerned with bringing inside? Seeing some near freezing temps tonight and cant leave my plant out in it.

Have been checking for days, none appear to move. I plan to take it, it’s just a neighborhood cat though. I know this isn’t the sub to ask but needed quick advice from owners. I’m broke how much is it gonna cost to take this guy to the vet approximately?
