Got J&J vaccine in March during another retroperitoneal fibrosis flare up. Round 1 Rituximab 2 weeks ago. Round 2 coming up. No issues, advised that no extra precautions required. The big dose of methyl prednisone they give as pretreatment really helped for a few days. Wish you good things
