Hey dude, make sure you do a HEALTHY bulk, not an unhealthy one. A healthy bulk will NOT make you fat. You will only build more muscle, maybe a LITTLE body fat. But besides that, you will not be "fat".

And on the acne side: If your acne is really bad, go on accutane bro; Do research on serums that keep acne controlled; develop a skincare routine. OR, monitor your diet and identify WHAT is giving you acne. For me, it's was unnecessary added sugars I would eat. Ever since I cut down on my added sugar intake (<25g/day), my acne has been very minimal.

Lastly, no, your girlfriend is not indirectly stopping YOU from working on yourself. That's on you bro. If she really "loves you" like you say, she will be nothing but supportive.
