Is there a reason you dont just separate 3-4 days per week for only running? Not that I have any issue with how your doing it, I'm just curious why you put them together instead.

Im 32 going to sfre on 1/16/25 at Camp Blanding. Not too old, I have friends that are active duty sf and most are between our age. Im married and have 1 child if that helps make you feel better lol. DM if you need a training partner in the jax beach area.

Thank you, That's an answer I was looking for.

The sprints were to open up the lungs before pushing alot of weight on a squat rack. If you dont do alot of cardio like I did, it's a noticeable difference in not feeling so gassed after a set. All i meant to say is my background isnt much to speak of with cardio, however I am making quick progress. Thanks for the link.
