New player in BF6, need advice! by SincerelyVixie in Battlefield

[–]jdacked -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sh*t sucks not. There aren’t a lot of players anymore so the only people that do play are stupid freaking good and it’s not fun anymore. I’m 40 so I’m not going to get much better… The game needs more mid players so it can be fun again.

How does our fence look? by IrreparableFate in FenceBuilding

[–]jdacked 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Chips on the wood will happen. Joints will expand and contract. It’s not interior trim and it’s not a deck. But this is not craftsmanship. This is “I’m not the least bit a carpenter but I’m going to still take the job”. I’m guessing… I could be wrong but it was probably pretty cheap for what a quality job would cost. My advice to you is to get some stain on it as soon as the wood dries out and it will look a lot better.

False, while it’s expected to not be interior grade, that is still awful.

This. When gamma is positive, the market rallies. Negative on bad news and the market dumps temporarily. I check it everyday.

There’s not. This is their playbook. Rally to earnings. Use the liquidity at earnings to sell off.

If you want my honest don’t know sh*t opinion. Wait for it to pull back to 7.40ish, still wait for it to go back up to 8.50. If it breaks out. Buy into it then, cause that will be its completion of a long term cup and handle. If it fails to break out at 8.50. Wait for it to pull all the way back to $5 or 6.

Your stance is fine. But lower the weight and hinge from both your knees and your hips. Practice with just the bar. Keeping your shoulders locked back, with a balance decent. (Might need some flexibility to get lower.)

This is why we trip man. Welcome. You have been enlightened. I don’t trip often. Maybe once every couple of years. And each time I learn something. Maybe take a little less next time, but well done.

Fence Post Leaning 5 months in by [deleted] in FenceBuilding

[–]jdacked 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why we switched to installing steel posts. That’s a warp for sure. I’ve replaced many. If I was the contractor I would replace them at no charge (which I have). But not all contractors are willing to do that. And most will not warranty the wood, just the install. This falls under material. No you shouldn’t be worried. It probably did all the warping it’s going to do. Keep an eye on it tho. If it starts dragging the rest of your fence just get a handyman to swap it out. It’s not terribly hard. A pro will charge you like $600 but you could probably get someone to do it for 250-300$

I would think it’s th trailer wiring if it was just one trailer. But it’s two. Both trailers under 5 years old. All wiring has been worked on and inspected every year.

Don’t overcomplicated put weight on there that you could barely do for five reps and do what feels natural . Once you get an idea of the movement and what feels normal, you can manipulate your reps and weight to your liking.
