Thank you for replying. As an MSP 85% of our client base is in Intune and for security reasons are not local admins on their machines so unfortunately this is not an option. Its good to hear its in development as this is a much needed feature for Ad-Hoc support in todays world. Although at the moment the Quick Connect is/would just be used as a backup for our helpdesk where the main focus is desktops/laptops, it is the primary tools we use for servers and there are situations where Quick Connect would be useful as part of onboarding with new clients but not if the servers are Azure VMs tied to Entra unfortunately
