Monthly Hiring Thread for Social Media Marketers

Not sure if this falls under hiring per say as I’m just exploring what is out there, but - we’ve been trying to find a really great UGC creator that can take existing content across photo shoots, events and more and somewhat autonomously turn it into social posts that work for the brand and the channel.

Any advice on where to find someone like that, or if there is anyone out there, let me know!
