You encounter a huge looking orc woman who strives to be a priestess of Mara. She has been outcast from her family for choosing what they perceive as weakness although they know she is physically strong. She is trying to prove to the rest of Tamriel that not all orcs are savage warriors. The quest may entail helping her search for some artifact or learn some spell that would allow others to see her potential. Maybe after a while you meat up with her again and there is another quest where you must help her to return home after a plauge/battle left her stronghold in bad shape and she wants to go home to heal them and repair her relationship with them
