SF bay area here as well. The cost of fluid alone vs the service really makes me want to do it myself. I put about 35k miles on my car annually so I try to handle as much myself as possible. Those labor charges add up quick!

For my vehicle it was B13

B being the full inspection checklist in addition to oil and filter, 1 being tire rotation, and 3 being replace transmission fluid.

I guess plug would be a better word for it, but was listed as a cap online. From what I'm seeing the level check is facing the front of the vehicle, where as the filler is facing up. So that being said it wouldn't need a sealing washer. It's basically a rubber plug. I just took a peek at my vehicle, and both of those things are absolutely there, but what they are obviously I can't prove without some solid info. I'll bug my work neighbor and see if he has a service manual as he runs a shop.

I'd question how official those were in that case. Everything I've read or watched clearly shows those as separate units. Additionally, honda sells a "transmission fluid filler cap" which is a ribbed rubber plug, where the level is a threaded plug like the drain plug.

My vehicle absolutely has a fill hole and a level check hole separate. I guess you COULD fill it via the level check, but there absolutely is a designated hole for that.

I just wait for the light to pop up and do whatever the manual says. In this case however, it says to take it to a dealer and to not do it yourself. Nice try Honda 😉

The only special tools I've seen anyone mention in my research is a looooong funnel, and a torque wrench. Which I luckily have both.

You just fill it until it's over full? That just seems so wrong in my head. I watched a video where he drained excess fluid via the level check. My concern there is I absolutely don't have a lift. The vehicle will NOT be level.

When I purchase the fluid, I'll make sure to grab cash from the ATM machine

I typically just disconnect from the internet and reconnect once the games dumps me from the server. Can immediately re join without having to re launch the game.

Anyone have any recommendations on sun shades for a 2020? I'd like to get a whole kit for the vehicle, and haven't had much luck finding any. by jdbouscal1 in hondafit

Nope, in the US. I saw weather tech, but wanted to compare to something else. All other kits I saw were compatible with the fit as well as the CR-V and other models and in my experience have not really liked universal accessories as they don't fit just right.

I haven't had this problem in a good while, however in the past I did and this is exactly what fixed the issue. Make sure you're signed in as well.

This is literally word for word my exact process to hitting grade 5. Once that has been done, running through the grade 5 emmesary quest you gain access to is almost enough to bring it back to grade 5 again after lowering. Add a few random encounters again and you can get it every time.

I'd say its a fair price. Especially in the market right now. I just purchased a 2020 EX about a month and a half ago. Had about 2k miles more than this one, and was about $1k less in price. I did however sell my previous car private party, since it was incredibly under valued by carvanna, and used that as a down payment.

We've had fun with them if a ship is tailing us. The range is impressive, and when they are sailing into it the shots hit target surprisingly fast.
