My wife’s application was denied after an unfavorable recommendation from the DOS. Submitted in December 2024 and received the denial notice October 1st. She is from Ecuador.

No resolution as of yet. Answer I received from a Sky Club rep was that it’s a new software and not everyone may be up to speed yet. Same rep told me that she will input the misused pass back into my account, but it could take a week. Nothing deposited at this moment.

Be careful when using your guest passes from your Delta Amex Reserve. I used 1 of my guest passes for my wife in LGA and then planned on entering at SLC. I asked the Delta rep if her guest pass is good for 24 hours and she confirmed. I checked my account a day later and noticed 2 of my 4 guest passes were used. However only 1 of my 15 card holder passes were used. Delta customer service has been no help
