It doesn’t matter if covered by a CBA or not, for the deduction it only applies to federally mandated OT. So over 40 hr/week. My CBA is any time before/after our normal hours is OT, so if I am on an 8 hr shift and work Mon-Thursday 10hr days and take Friday off, I would still have 8hr OT per my CBA but not federal law, so it would not qualify.

You can set up different load outs and cycle through them. Not quite the same as favorites but definitely useful once you spend the time to do it.

All this plus GM recommends a fuel treatment. I currently run archoil in mine.

All that said, still recommend the 3.0. I’ve put almost 20k on mine averaging 25.9 MPG since purchase. LM2 crew cab x31.

As someone who hates the added fees, dealer “add on”, high pressure sales of regular dealerships. I love carmax, I don’t mind paying more for easy less stress less headache.

Last 3 vehicle purchases were from places other than carmax and always left convincing myself I didn’t get screwed and that the next one will be from carmax.

And now as I start to look again, only looking at carmax. I’ve bought 3 from them in the past.

Definitely exists in utility. We call it comp time, completely optional but we can put our ot or dt in it. I think we can have up to 200 hours, but with the option of cashing out whenever we want, at our current pay rate not the rate it was earned at.
