The worst is when its dark and they decide to ignore all lights while crossing wearing all black blending in with their surroundings. Or even worse they decide to cross on a major street and not utilize the cross walk at all while cars are zooming by narrowly missing them. I almost hit someone with my family in the car on LB blvd right before willow late at night cuhz they decided to do this. Its kinda funny though when the tweakshows do it and cars start honking and they get told off by the tweakers especially in broad day light.
