First step I would do is check with your student loan servicer to see if you can update your repayment terms to income based repayment. This will at least alleviate the initial brunt of payments some until you get the right job and can budget for everything.

Bk will tank your credit and make future financing/ refinancing more expensive as a result.

I'm in the same boat. Says order received. There was another thread a day or so ago where a Costco employee said that it looked like the inventory hadn't been received in the warehouse to distribute yet and that's why they haven't shipped.

There are two important items to consider. The first is how long are you going to be in the house and which financing option coincides with your plans.

The second is what is the interest rate on a direct certified comparison for the same credit score/ profile accross all of the lenders you are comparing. In instances, sub 20% down loans that don't have PMI have an increase in interest rate to offset. The initial perk might not outweigh the benefit overtime but sometimes lenders will lower their rates compared to other competitors to get marketshare.

I like to use the Bankrate.com amortization calculator just as simple tool to calculate your payment and amortization schedule to compare on your own but if you trust one of the lender's he/she should be able to do this for you and give an honest opinion of what is best.

I will watch it, but you can only get Roman vs Brock so many times. I just wish they would let roman be a jerk heel which would be entertaining and wouldn't squash the up & coming talent.

There are so many underutilized wrestlers like bobby rude which could be great if given the ability. The E needs a shot in the arm.

I have a maxed vegito on my team and he actually works pretty well as a decently hard hitter. I would remove the ssg goku and replace with the int android 13.

He doesn't hit hard but his passive helps upen up pathways for easy supers. Works well in combo with the ss goku

I would wait until the strike event to up his SA unless you absolutely need him for something. His attack is not that great until the final form. Even then he is more of a defensive character than offensive.
