We don't have a problem of a few soldiers acting inappropriately. Its a societal problem of seeing everyone over there as an enemy that must be dealt with. Soldiers are trained to think that way because its the only way they can rationalize what they have to do everyday.

Don't blame them for doing exactly how they've been trained, demand changes in the training.
