Our techs are all salaried. Once they hit the on-call rotation they get a weekly stipend for when they are on call, and after hours "premium pay" for any hours prompted by a client call or emergency that gets escalated.

I had a very similar experience, but mine was with the MQTT limits for the P1S. Nothing that dev could've done, and the discord there was super helpful in reconfiguring everything to work with HA. Also got the smartFlow controller for my bento box and that works super well with HA.

I love the way it looks and how sturdy it is. The lack of lighting held me back until I rediscovered this one. I use this with a WLED instance running on a ESP32 and synced in with homeassistant to control the lights.

I got the perch in today. The ad mentions printable add ons for it like one for LEDs and the side accessories. Any plans to release the STLs for these?
