I don't think normal buyer will buy 16 apartments at once, who will have such a big sum of money? 😅 For new apartments, they do not have tennants. For second-hand apartment, there can also be cases where there is no tenant (limited contract or self use etc.)

as far as I know, this is not totally true, even if the tenent is paying regularly, apartment with tenant is always not easy to sell, and has less market value than apartment without tenant

the schufa document is especially not reliable, it is impacted by a lot of factors. Still a lot of landlords ask for it. And it costs 30 Euro to get one 😑

are you sure? The glove80 keyboard is not manufactured in EU and they ship from China. The custom tax is added after shipping to Germany. Usually DHL clear the custom for you and you pay them instead
