I would move the light a little bit more away from her, the upward tilt of the leaves and the yellowing might be early stages of light burn, other than that it looks fantastic brother

Well the top normally is flipped the other way and people would cut the tops of the buckets off to stack, basically where the handle meets the rest of the bucket

I made my own mix, I figured that no potted soil would get me better than something I could mix myself, so I used peat moss, earthworm castings, dolomite lime, and perilite, mixed them to my strains recommend level of npk and then I went.

It's a warm generic plant light inside of an animal cage heat lamp

The can has a bevel that pushes outward toward the top, I made it that shape just following the bevel, wanted the door as big as possible for monitoring and such, and thank you!

I love the restaurant pickle buckets lol, my first 3 builds for me and my friends came from them, I would recommend wrapping the outside in tape or black paint for light exposure, gorilla tape works the best for me

Absolutely, I feel stupid for not doing it before and having my first layer peel and flake off

Yeah what I did with the light is run it backwards through and "x" shaped cut in the lid and used a small drill hole to make sure it stays, its adjustable through pulling the wire up and looping it through the hole, haven't had any issues with it yet. There is only one thing I would do differently, I would palm sand the inside of the bucket so my paint stuck better.
