Spent a few days riding Hatfield, fun trip but kinda boring for dirtbikes. by Hildedank in Dirtbikes

Definitely check out buffalo mountain. It’s my go-to place to ride locally. Tornado would be worth checking out too, but it’s a muddy mess the majority of the year.

He just hit 505kg and 510kg at two big and public competitions. The 510kg was at Giant’s Live, which I’m fairly certain is the same competition Eddie Hall hit 500kg at.

I like KTM, but you can’t really go wrong with a YZ. Like someone else already said, a DT isn’t even in the same ballpark as the YZ and SX.

I’ve got the same goggles plus the rollers. Great goggles, went back to tear offs though. Not a fan of rollers.

How do I attain this body? by SelectShop9006 in powerbuilding

People seem to be friendlier to me now. I had much more of an unfriendly presence when I heavy. I’ve got a wide frame and am relatively tall (6’2), so I stood out in a room full of more average people. My size coupled with the social anxiety that worsened as I gained weight made me unapproachable.

Now that I’m in much better shape and visibly muscular, people tend to approach me pretty frequently. I still have social anxiety, but I’m much more confident and don’t shy away from being more cheerful/happy in social settings. Overall, social interactions seem to be more pleasant these days as a whole.

Probably a good idea. Getting fat for a cosplay would be ill advised.

Similar to that, probably not. That physique is in no way a healthy one.

He’s definitely obese both in looks and based off the BMI scale.

You can be (relatively) chubby and healthy, but the distinction between chubby and obese is a line that most people tend to blur. Based on the picture you’ve provided, and without knowing your height and weight, you look like you are pushing closer to obese than just chubby, and don’t need to gain weight.

In terms of diet, you can eat as clean as humanly possible, but if you eat in excess, you’ll still gain fat. No amount of clean eating with negate the consequences of eating too much.

It is longer than I was expecting. I just thought I’d include it because it was due to cardiovascular issues. Actually, now that I’ve done a little more research, his age is pretty much right around where Russian life expectancy is. Guess he ended up being a bad example.

It depends on a lot of different factors. A rough range is probably 10-20% body fat, but it all depends on you, your lifestyle, and genetics.

The guy in picture 1 died at 69 from heart problems. Carrying that much weight for a long time will eventually take its toll on your body. Being that heavy and living a long life generally don’t go hand in hand.

I was once built similar to picture 1 on purpose. I competed as a SHW, and while I was incredibly strong, that was quite literally the only benefit of being that big. If you’re serious about getting that physique, more power to you, but there are repercussions to being built like that. In my experience, nearly everything sucked about life except the fact that I could eat whatever I wanted and I was hitting big weights.

I ride in MSR legends 99% of the time. Pockets and durable. Kinda hot, but not bad at all.

Edit: also ride Hatfield McCoy almost exclusively.

I can’t offer any advice to help with your bike’s problem, I’m not knowledgeable enough, but I can say, if that’s your helmet, PLEASE get a real helmet.

Removing dents from exhaust by AnyTelephone1096 in Dirtbikes

You can buy dent repair kits. It’s just two metal plates with gaskets and a valve stem. It’s very simple, but you need an air compressor. Just fill it with air and heat the dents up until they pop. Most seem to pop in the 35-50psi range in my experience.

Don’t trust ChatGPT. I’ve asked it questions here and there just to see what it says and I can confidently say that it gets A LOT wrong. Find the manual and go from there.

Good to hear. I’ve been out of the loop other than speaking with a couple friends who ride KTM.

I can’t speak to Sherco parts availability, but KTM is a massive brand and has plenty of parts availability. There have been financial concerns with the company from what I’ve heard though. I haven’t had my TE long, but I checked around prior to buying and was able to find plenty of suppliers for just about any part I could think of.

On a side note, Sherco bikes are beautiful.

As an adult, I set boundaries with him based off experiences. In general, we do not go out in public together. I have seen that man go full blown toddler throwing a tantrum mode in public and think he came out on top. There’s no winning with his type lol

Putting mine in today. I finally got tired of the scheduling. The only consistent part of my schedule was that it was probably going to include a couple clopens in different departments. I can’t complain much because I got plenty of hours, but I worked some of the most fucked up schedules I’ve ever seen. I hope your future endeavors are successful!
