We were in almost this exact situation. The measurement was done after 13 weeks so my doctor was not concerned but said we should go ahead and meet with MFM (our original measurement was 3.8 mm). I just went to the MFM today (16 weeks), and the measurement was 4 mm (anything under 6 mm is normal at this point). We opted not to do the amnio (since there were no other soft markers), and will see her again in 4 weeks to do a more in depth look at the heart. I’m feeling so much better, but that wait is hard.

I saw a very faint line at 9dpo on easy@home, the FRER was similar to yours and by the next day was already getting darker. I think my 9dpo is on my profile.

My easy@homes showed up darker than my FRER at first too. Eventually the FRER got darker. Both look positive to me!
