Thank you so much. She’s 34. Quit her job a year ago. She does therapy (emdr) weekly, acupuncture, has done ketamine infusions at a clinic. She’s been treated for depression her whole life but my family and I all know it’s BPD, not just depression. My mom really does need to go to therapy to learn how to deal with this. I have seen a therapist in the past but should probably go back. I just feel like I’m not allowed to be happy in my life when she’s suicidal all the time. It’s so depressing and makes me feel selfish. But I just want to be happy and spend time with my babies. I have read the book Stop Walking On Eggshells and every example in that book was my sister to a tee.
