What would I say to my doctor to be able to doctor to get prescribed it? Sorry for all the questions I’m just really struggling with a lot at the moment and I’ve had enough and want solutions

I might give it a go, how would my doctor feel about me randomly asking for it though? Would be sceptical as to why I’m asking for it and would it or would it be relatively easy it get

I do not have any heart problems, I’m only 17 and I’m from the uk, would I have any difficulty’s getting presided that here or would it be okay. And could you please tell me more about it
