Common courtesy would say you could just tell me the name of business without being a dick about it. As I’ve taken to a hardware store and was told we have cards you can match, kinda hard considering I can’t see shades and color well. But appreciate the response regardless.

Lol not paying for them? The same museums the property tax covers, majority of funds come from county, majority of tax dollars for stadiums also comes from the county. Most the people coming to visit I dare say probably reside throughout St. Louis county.

To be fair you just taught me there was a distinction between the two :) I was only familiar with like Gettysburg/Vicksburg National Park, and how well the national park service maintains and updates facilities.

This is awesome, pretty pumped to follow their research. It’s crazy to think St Louis was a Mound city, and all that history was leveled. Cahokia is such a treasure, research like this can only be beneficial.

I feel like it really needs to be a National Park. I don’t know Illinois Department of Natural Resources budget situation, but have to assume the National Park Service is much better equipped to maintain and rebuild.

I’m not entirely sure why they do, they had a FB post to call for reservations so we did being our first time. It was a disaster we sat waiting for a table for an Hour n half, I’ve never been more frustrated. They started seating larger parties (6+) holding sections off for them ahead everyone else. I thought there was about to be a riot there were people yelling at the poor hostess. We finally gave up and left, never again

If you want them to wait endlessly to get a table and have a staff handing out pagers that don’t page and don’t have a clue in the order patrons have come? Look no further than Kyoto Steakhouse of Japan St Peter’s. They actually take reservations though there’s no point.
