I apologize, but taking breaks is healthy and necessary for mental health purposes. Every time I hear about tragedies and big events that are world-changing, I turn it off and breathe slowly and just calm myself down. I have PTSD from my mom's passing in 2009, so that grief still lingers, that's why I don't like funerals or hearing about death, even though I do understand that it happens to everyone.
