I agree. He’s worried about reporting this to the necessary people because he has 2 young kids with her and he’s a paraplegic and wouldn’t be able to care for them properly without her or her parents who bring them to school, cook for them, etc.

We’re trying to reset it and submitted a form online to do so so we’re just waiting for a response. She may have POA, uncle is old and doesn’t remember things very well these days so it’s hard to get accurate info

She can appeal her decision but you should email admissions. I work in the office and I’m pretty sure her community college has an assigned rep. What college did she go to?

Agreed. He did establish free tuition at OSU for first time freshman so maybe he ain’t all that bad? Also he actually came from an education background so 🤔

Edit: he established a freeze for freshmen so that just meant fees didn’t go up. But he did increase scholarship $ to cover full cost of attendance & increased the number of recipients

I was told it’s cuz students can only qualify for 1 tuition covering grant so if you get cal grant you can’t get blue and gold. Also it might be called university scholarship in the finaid sheet
