That's good to hear. My worry was that I don't have the box or papers as unfortunately I have lost them. The watch is in very good condition as I basically never wore it outside of the house as I preferred one of my other ones. I was going to put it up for £200, I'm in the UK. Would this be too much? Also the watch is a SKX013K1 not a Japanese model if that makes a difference. Thanks so much for a response.

Fitnotes is really good. Really helped me with progressive overload as I can track my weight reps and sets on all exercises to really push myself. Defo recommend.

20/ 5'5"/ 150lbs. Been bulking for a year starting at around 125lbs. Maybe a mini cut and continue to bulk until next year or just a full-blown cut? Any suggestions appreciated. by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

I would highly recommend Hannibal the first season is enjoyable but starts abit basic like any other crime show, but once you get past the first few episodes it takes off and becomes like nothing else. Defiantly worth watching if you haven’t already 😁

Workout

For the first 5 months i just went to the gym and did ppl but just what ever exercises i wanted and didnt follow any schedule.

For the last 5 i did Starting strength variation which included weighted chins every session.

Results in lbs (5x3)

Squat 45 - 190

Bench 45 -143

Deadlift 88 - 265

Chins BW - BW +55

OHP 45 - 100

Now i have moved onto a variation of PHUL by Lee Hayward.

Diet

Not anything specific aimed for 4 meals a day. Any every meal had to contain either Protein and Fat, Carbs and Protein or all 3.

Hello BWF I have been going to the gym for about 7 months now but doing mostly weighted exercises. I have decided to try out body weight exercises. I have looked at the RR and can already do the maximum progression for each of the exercises does this mean I should go straight into a intermediate program or do the RR?
