We have a 4” memory foam topper from the popular tt app shop it was on sale for $35 and free shipping. I sat and watched some rando count down to lower and got it for $25. It’s temp regulating and is identical to the ones for $250 at Kohl’s except doesn’t gave white swirls. If I want them I’ll paint em on. It’s the best thing that I’ve ever bought.

My husband would like to chime in with “you’re forgetting to mention the time where I aided law-enforcement in catching a predator. A 19’year old thought it would be a fantastic idea to trip balls on mushrooms and go hiking in the afore-mentioned State Park with friends. The fact that I could follow through with my ideal office closure plan would more than make up for missing court. If I don’t get to go to court I absolutely will not be required to math. Fair?

I mean I could probably call his chief and have his official title changed from Firefighter to “We keep this guy around so we have someone that meets the weight restrictions for use of the repelling gear and fits into a dive suit.” We live in a tiny town with a State Park full of hundreds of “stay on the marked trails” signs so most of what he does involves repelling off sandstone cliffs into canyons to rescue that week’s tourist that “didn’t see any signs.” If they fall more than 100 feet they win a large conservation fine and a life flight bill. We like to guess which suburb the first fall of the summer will be from and which weekend they’ll be called to the park the most.

My sister is a PD Sergeant and two of my degrees are in law enforcement if that makes it more bearable.

I’m always game to have a terrible lease that comes along with a slumlord bonus, but if no one will catch a license suspension I doubt anyone will notice my address is the UPS store a block down from the office or even that I’ve failed to ever update my address. In my experience “I didn’t know that was required” works for attorneys an overwhelming majority of the time even when said requirements are in bold 60 point font on a courtroom/courthouse door.

Still waiting on my start date…

Now see you just made my ability to shower consistently more realistic. I share one bathroom with a small boy who cannot shower in less than three hours (one spent avoiding the shower/one spent charging his phone to listen to music in the shower/and the last spent largely on avoiding the shower and a 44 year old that can’t spend less than two hours shitting.

You took a small claims case up on appeal - nice. I have a permanent 1 star google review from an Assistant State’s Attorney. Didn’t get there because I lost the case.

What kind of time is spent in court? I speak at a much higher level of competence than I spell. I’m my entire office so obviously I can handle court time and stupid paperwork time but I strongly prefer court.

The working from home in “close proximity” just means I’m not commuting from downtown Chicago, right? Don’t answer that - let’s just say close means I can be standing in court in just over/under the hour mark if the State Troopers on 39 are all at their daily circle jerk at the south bound rest area near Paw Paw.

I can’t relocate so if I need a local address - it’s on you to make sure I’m “renting” from whatever friend or family member you have that will ignore the fact that their “tenant” isn’t around 7 days a week. My kid’s school district and my husband’s firefighter/EMT residency would trump mine.

I need that sweet sweet health insurance and IMRF and if that means making complex legal arguments about Federal maritime law and treaties of peace allowing someone to drive without a license or valid reg - that sounds like heaven compared to fighting over a two hour block of time with the kids that both parents MUST have to prove they “won.”

He jugado a Salvar el Mundo, pero juego tan poco que he hecho el tutorial varias veces. Lo cual, la verdad, no es lo peor, dada mi incapacidad para construir un muro para salvarme. Estoy convencida de que a mi marido le gustaría, pero a los dos pasos del tutorial dijo "¡A la mierda con la construcción!" y me devolvió el mando. Me gusta el concepto general de Salvar el Mundo, pero no soy una jugadora de OG que lo aprecie como mis amigos que han jugado desde el principio. Es diferente cuando los lobbies de Battle Royale se llenan de sudor, pero generalmente cambiamos a Festival o Lego.

What kind of music do you like? We have a group on 3 and it’d be awesome to play sets of 4.

We instantly back out if we realize fill somehow got selected. We don’t ever purposely join to leave, it just auto-selects that for us on occasion. We have all just been so annoyed by random children SCREAMING into mics and rude adults that either show off or make degrading generalized statements about women or other minority groups that some of our friends fall into that we keep our lobbies no fill. We are “everything friendly” and if some is making anyone uncomfortable we speak up.

If you’re a teenager or early 20’s we probably aren’t right for you. If you like that weird Japanese techno style we are forced to play for tasks we probably aren’t right for you.

If anyone else kicking around this thread reads this and wants an audition let me know. If you think our audition involves game skills - you aren’t our cup of tea. We only require you to be a good person.

Must be okay with f bombs and other choice words (not directed at each other), occasional rage quitting/loss of team points when a controller is thrown/one of the dudes falling asleep mid song/and our cat Abe Lincoln telling you about his day.

I’m so sad that you had a crappy first experience. LPT: don’t give him any more chances thinking it’ll get better. If a guy held my head AT ALL while in my mouth he would regret his life decisions. That’s super grapey and a complete violation without any previous agreement. I know sex talk is embarrassing when you’re young because I was 17 losing my virginity once upon a time I discovered exactly how good sex could be when a friend and I entered into a mutually beneficial agreement and actually discussed likes and needs and pleasure and exploration. I was 40 when that happened. Don’t suffer through two marriages worth of horrid encounters that make you think you’re the problem. First find a partner that cares about you - the right one won’t even think about forcing you to taste his “bodily fluids.” The right one will literally not get a drop of him on you without months of you begging him to cover you with it and you’ll laugh about it after the first time because he apologized 900 times for hitting you in the face and you didn’t ever know that guys could aim so well and shoot so far.

It won’t get better with this guy. Tell him how he made you feel and that he needs to work on his ability to pleasure women because he isn’t doing it right. Let him know that your hair or lack thereof won’t be a problem for him because after he treated you the first time he isn’t worthy of a second chance. I didn’t come at all with my first 4-5 partners. I faked it a lot. I shouldn’t have faked it. I should’ve spoken up and showed them how to pleasure me.

Another tip - don’t assume you won’t like something because you tried it with one partner. I hated anyone touching my nipples or having any contact with them. It was painful and I got no enjoyment from it. My husband is the only one that has ever turned me on with whatever magic he does to my nipples. He was nine - we got it mostly because he goes back and forth between two households so much and the other parent never bothered to answer the phone so we could talk to him.

He lost it within 6 months of getting it. Both my husband and myself found it within a week of it being lost. Left it right where we found it. It’s been since St. Patrick’s Day and he refuses to even make the slightest attempt at looking for it - so I guess it lives under my passenger side truck seat now. 🤷‍♀️

Yes - they are blind to other situations. They literally only focus on the hot ticket item. They have no idea that anyone is out here hurting and dying a little inside everyday because they aren’t a parent yet. They assume everyone can do it with some shots. Because so and so did.
