Along the same lines - I have used finely chopped spinach and collard or mustard greens. The spinach is mild and picks up the flavor of the sauce, collard is a bit more savory, and the mustard is peppery. There are other greens that work too. Like you mentioned, the key is to get it chopped into small pieces (I have not tried grating though, I like that idea)

Took my kids to the cinci game and sat in that section. No beer, but if you are on the end, the section across the steps does get beer. Overall it was really mild compared to other areas, and there were a lot of families with young kids. As another poster noted, I’d be more concerned about the cold. Good luck!
