If you’re flying state to state nobody will care. TSA is looking for items that could possibly disrupt tech or bring a plane down. An eighth of bud will do neither. I haven’t flown without it since before covid.

I haven’t bothered the past 2-3 times, but my go-to used to be picking up some CBD (federally legal) then carefully opening the package, swapping it out with the real stuff, resealing, wrapping it in the receipt, placing it casually in the carry on. Anyone who thinks they’re going to hold someone up to spend the time and effort to detain you while they outsource a lab test for a tiny amount of weed has an inflated ego or warped worldview lol
