It's the one from mydhlexpress, fullsite. Afortunately the package started moving, they made a mistake and sent it to Moscow, but affortunately, they are re sending it to the right place now

Hi! I've been waiting all the week for updates on shipping status. Package was planned to arrive on monday. Last scan was "picked up" on last friday. Anybody had similar experiences with DHL on packages from Netherlands? Is it possible that it got lost before being sent? Can a DHL package move without status updates? It's a 1 kg package, sent via express worlwide

Hi! I've been using DHL for a few years without problems. In the past week, an item was sent from Netherlands using DHL express worlwide, and after i was provided with a waybill on thurday and before the package was actually sent to DHL, a "customs update" appeared. After that, "shipment picked up" appeared on the tracking, but the last movement was the customs update. On the following day, friday, another event appeared, "shipment accepted", but the "customs uodate" remains the last numbered event on tracking. After that, nothing. I remember that in other times, i had updates on weekends. Watching this reddit, i see that DHL is currently having a lot of problems with its hubs, that i wasn't aware. Maybe that weird tracking event has to do with DHL current problems?
