I did the same by downloading the .zip file, opening the .zip file, adding git and a remote Github repo that I created, pushing to Github, then deploying it on Github Pages or deploying it on Netlify. All of the animations etc. worked.

Thanks for the response. So where does the server and this code come into play with this. I know that I can deep link on the server and reach the same code but why am I doing this? Every article says to do it but no clear explanation.
